Jaipur also known as the historic
city founded in the 1727 AD by the great Kacchawah ruler Sawai Jai Singh
II( a great builder, poet and astronomer). The city which is
rectangular in shape and divided into nine blocks laid down on the
principles of “Shilpa Shastra”. The rectangular blocks also called the
“chokris” . All the monuments of Jaipur are centrally located in and
around the city. The city is also called the “Pink City”.

Laxmi Narayan Temple situated in the southern horizon is a privately
owned hilltop fort of Moti Doongari shaped like a scottish castle built
in sparkling white marble , and other place like Govind Devji Temple,
Albert Hall, B M Birla Planetarium are also worth visiting. The best and
the most convenient way to get to these places is to hire a cab which
would make it much more easier and will help one save time.

dynasty, King Akbar. He was the greatest king of all the rulers of this
empire. The Agra fort is a marvelous piece of work with excellent
carvings and architecture.
